Honda is providing more information about the launch of its hydrogen-powered Clarity Fuel Cell, which will be available for lease in California by the end of 2016, with retail sales to follow. The five-passenger sedan rides on a new platform that will also underpin a new Honda plug-in hybrid set to arrive by 2018.
We don’t have exact pricing numbers yet on this new hydrogen-powered car, but Honda is targeting a retail price of “around $60,000” for the Clarity Fuel Cell, or a monthly lease price under $500….
